Designed by award winning architects Group GSA, Mosaic boasts 27 storeys
in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Aspiring to maintain the rich history of Sydney, the existing heritage façade on the lower levels has been restored to its original character. Mosaic’s design maximises natural light, ventilation, sun and views. Extra windows in both the east and west walls with either translucent glass or external louvers allow for extra light and also protect privacy. A select number of lower level apartments feature landscaped and paved areas creating an inner city oasis and providing stunning recreational areas. While a majority of top floor apartments offer views of Belmore Park never to be built out. |
