The Hudson 240-250 Wyndham Street & 252 Botany Road, Alexandria The Hudson Property Description The Hudson - Designed with the influence of New York City, this project consists of 272 apartments and fronted Botany Road, Wyndham Street and Mandible Street. Architects Allen Jack+ Cottier transformed the former Alcatel Factory Site in Alexandria into one of the first new residential developments in South Sydney’s Green Square. The refurbishment of one building and the addition of three new buildings provides 272 units arranged around a central landscaped courtyard and retail village. The gross realisation was $92 million.
